Holiday insurance

It is essential that all group members take out appropriate insurance to cover not only loss of property and travel disruptions but also the cost of cancellation by them or the cost of assistance, including repatriation, in the event of accident or illness.

Passports and Visas

All members of the group will need a full British or EU Passport. A group member holding any other passport may need a visa.

Health

Normal good health is important for the enjoyment of the holiday. We should be notified in advance of any relevant medical conditions of the group members. We recommend that all group members travel with a European Health Insurance Card which has replaced the form E111 and insist that all group members take out holiday insurance.

Booking procedure

   2.     They will arrange a provisional booking with the hotel whilst you sort out your flights.

   3.    Once the flights are booked  send your completed booking form and deposit of £50 per person to: Pyrenean Group Holidays, 8 Moraston Road, Dorchester, DT1 3RG

   4.    The balance of the amount payable is due eight weeks before the holiday begins.

   5.    Cheques should be made payable to Integrated Systems Consultancy Limited.  

Price variations

Our prices are prepared well in advance and while we try not to change published prices there is always the possibility that for reasons outside our control, specifically fuel prices and exchange rates, we might have to make alterations. In the case of variations of up to 5% of the price of the holiday the variation will be absorbed or retained by us. For larger variations we will inform you as soon as possible. No price changes will be made within 30 days of departure.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel please let us know immediately in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

Complaints

If you have a problem or complaint please speak to Malcolm or Anne during your stay in France as soon as possible. If there are any unresolved matters at the end of the holiday please write to our UK office within 30 days of the end of the holiday.
